Team Building 101
One of our favorite thoughts behind building a team: Would you rather have 100% of your own efforts or 1% of 100 people's efforts? Guess what? Team building gives you both, with no limit.
If you want true substantial, residual income the answer is simple--BUILD A TEAM.
Team-building itself isn't complicated--it usually follows the system below:
CONNECT w/ likely prospects (repeat customers, party hosts, party-goers, friends)
INVITE them to Zyia with you on your team (tell them why you started and why you're still in)
EDUCATE w/ resources by sending them info and videos about the rep opportunity
TRACK where you're at in this process with each prospect in the prospecting tracker
Connect + Invite
There's no point in telling you how to connect with your repeat customers, your party hosts and your friends. If you have any of those, then you're already doing it!
But what about connecting to people you haven't met?
Well, think of it this way--if you want someone to follow your path and find you, you leave a trail of breadcrumbs right?!
Leaving a trail of breadcrumbs that leads to the rep opportunity is one of our favorite ways to share about the business because it's easy, fun and not pushy.
Simply share how the business has blessed your life and let those who are interested pick up on the path!
The breadcrumb trail you leave in your social media posts and face-to-face conversations about why you started repping and why you STILL do will get noticed. And when those messages and questions start coming in about how you got into it, what it's like running your own business, or simply about the Zyia clothing itself, then congrats!
You've connected to potential Zyia reps.

Inviting Repeat Customers
Did you know you're sitting on a potential gold mine?!
91% of Zyia reps were customers first. So, if you have customers, you've got prime potential reps.
Above are some of our best tips on moving customers along the path to become your next reps.
Inviting Your Hostess
Party hosts make motivated new signups--they love the products, they're excited about host rewards and they have the option to either use their host credits towards their kit to save money, or, sign up before the party and earn commissions toward their kit investment from their first party.
The best way to recruit your host is to make sure they know it's an option.
Talk specifically to your host 3 times about joining--before the party starts, during the party and again at the end before they redeems her rewards.
Message your host before party starts:
"I'm so excited to party with you! Before we kick everything off, I wanted to check to see if you wanted to become a rep so you can make commissions off your party plus the rewards?"
After an order or two:
"Your friends are LOVING this stuff! They're so engaged. Are you sure you don't want to get the commissions from these sales by becoming a rep?"
Party is finished:
"Oh my gosh, your friends loved the products! You hit the ___level of rewards which means you have ____amount in credits you can put towards a starter kit or towards products plus ___items 50% off. Your friends obviously love the items. I just made ___in commissions just from your party. Want me to send over more info on what being a rep entails?"
Inviting Your Friends + Family
Inviting your friends + family to join you in the business--does the thought make you squirm or make you excited?
Has it been a blessing in your life? Is it an opportunity you are grateful for? If you can answer YES to either of those questions, then it's time to get outside your comfort zone and invite those in need of what you've found to join you!
