Gift Certificates
PURCHASING GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificate purchases cannot be done through an event shopping link. To order a gift certificate you need to...
Go to your website
Click Shop
Click -”Click Here if your shopping is unrelated to an event”
Select gift certificate from the categories drop down menu
Select amount
When checking out do not select an event to shop through. Check out as normal
Where Do I Find The Gift Certificate Number?
Once you have purchased the gift certificate you can find the GC number in your back office under PLACE AN ORDER tab, select gift certificates. Send this number to your customer. They will also receive an email with the GC number.
To REDEEMING the Gift Certificate:
At checkout select GIFT CERTIFICATE from the payment drop down. Eneter the GC numner (starting with GC) then the amount going towards the total. Then enter your credit card for the remaining amount.

Creating A Host Shop Link
Creating a shop link for your hostess is essential for them to earn host rewards. As a rep you can also host as many events as you want. Always have a link open for your customers to shop and for you to earn host rewards.

Entering A Host Order
When your host is ready to redeem their host rewards you, as the rep, will need to enter them in your back office.

Returns + Exchanges
Once you enter the return you will be given a Return ID number. Make sure this number gets put in the return envelope by the customer. Customer is in charge of sending the return/exchange item back to corporate. If they are exchanging, corporate will send the new item free of shipping charge. There is a $2 restock fee on all returns (that aren't exchanging for something else). Grab the current return address under company files in back office.

How To Move Orders
Moving orders between events is an easy way to take advantage of the host rewards. Orders can only be moved in the same month they were placed. If you are moving an order that wasn’t placed in an event originally, you will need to email customer service to have them move it. To move an order from one event to another watch this video.
